摘      要：The book presents the innovative research on the theory and applications of the use of intelligent agents in the evolution of Web. Recent advances in the fusion of intelligent agents and their applications have generated tremendous interest among researchers and application engineers in this area. The Web has become an integral part of society and is expanding rapidly. It is useful to integrate modern intelligent paradigms such as intelligent agents with the web technology to fuse human-like behaviour in the web. It is planned to evolve this book in three volumes. The provisional contents in this book will be based on intelligent agents in Web s knowledge processing, knowledge search and navigation, events handling, decision making and reasoning.
