摘      要：在全面依法治国以及国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的过程中，建构科学合理、权责明确、协调有序的权力结构是现代大学治理体系的题中之义，让大学各种权力合法运行是大学治理现代化的基础。大学行政权力随着大学发展和演变由学者权力让渡而来，从大学自身发展需要和政府授权中获得了合法存在，在公共责任、科层制、政治合法和资源依赖方面建立了合法性基础。本书在厘清大学行政权力的本质、特点、合法性基础、运行规则等问题的基础上，探究大学行政权力的合法行使，进一步丰富和深化了大学行政权力的研究，初步构建了中国大学行政权力研究的话语体系。 In the process of comprehensively governing the country according to law and modernizing the national governance system and governance capacity, the construction of a scientific and reasonable power structure with clear rights and responsibilities, coordinated and orderly is the meaning of the modern university governance system, and the legitimate operation of various powers of the university is the basis for the modernization of university governance.
