摘 要:In this thesis, a control system for a wheel hub machining line based on a Fanuc robot, which includes adopting Siemens 300PLC as the main control unit, performing wheel circumferential positioning and center correction based on vision technology, and controlling the machine tool to perform real-time tool compensation based on the measured data, is researched and designed to achieve fully automatic unmanned wheel processing.
