摘 要:The high melting point of aluminum oxide (Al2O3) increases the solubility of hydrogen in molten aluminum. However, its inability to completely remove hydrogen until the weld metal solidifies forms porosity. Therefore, this research uses a systematic literature review (SLR) method to identify the Laser-MIG hybrid welding capable of reducing the porosity of the aluminum alloy welds. This process is achieved by increasing the welding current and arc power while decreasing its speed. The result showed that the Laser-MIG hybrid has the ability to reduce the porosity of aluminum alloy joints to below 3% with an increase in ductility.
