摘 要:In this study, a nitrogen-doped blue fluorescent carbon quantum dots (N-CQDs) system was constructed to characterize Hg in the environment. Spectroscopic analysis showed that it has good photoluminescence and stability, and contains various functional groups on the surface. The optimal reaction conditions for the detection of Hg2+ by N-CQDs were pH 7, reaction temperature 25 °C, and reaction time 5 min. The ion selectivity and anti-interference experiments proved that it has good sensitivity and selectivity. The linear relationship between the analytical system of N-CQDs and the concentration of Hg2+ was used to construct the corresponding calculation equations, and the correlation coefficients were 0.994, and the limit of detection (LOD) values were 3.271 μM, respectively. The method can be used to detect Hg2+ in the aqueous and soil environments, and the recoveries were in the range of 96.7-105.2%. Finally, the comprehensive analysis showed that the fluorescence quenching mechanism was static quenching. © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.
