摘      要:As the proportion of new energy connected to the distribution system is gradually expanding, the previous distribution network flexibility evaluation method is difficult to adapt to the development of distribution system, so it is of great significance to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the flexibility of new distribution system for the development of new distribution system. Firstly, a scientific and comprehensive flexible evaluation index system is constructed by considering the four perspectives of power source side, grid side, load side and energy storage side, and fully exploring the indicators reflecting new distribution system. Secondly, using the idea of co-operative game, the entropy weight method, criteria importance though intercriteria correlation method and the coefficient of variation method are combined and assigned to reduce the error of indicator weights. Finally, the Gaussian cloud model is used to assess the flexibility of the distribution network in Fujian, China, which results in a high level of flexibility, consistent with the real situation, and verifies the reliability and accuracy of the model. The results show that the proposed evaluation model is able to identify the vulnerability of new distribution system and provide opinions for the improvement of the flexibility of new distribution system and its development, which has certain applicability.
