摘 要:Maintaining optimal skin temperature for premature infants in incubators is crucial. This work proposes a novel contactless skin servo control approach using infrared thermography (IRT), eliminating the need for intrusive sensors. An experimental test bench evaluated the control strategy under simulated disturbances, demonstrating its effectiveness in maintaining desired skin temperature. The results suggest the potential of IRT-based control for comfortable and reliable temperature management in neonatal care. Further research is needed to refine the system and validate its clinical applicability.
