摘      要：肝硬化心肌病在肝硬化的病程中不容忽视,临床上常用超声心动图评估肝硬化心肌病。本文将回顾目前用于评估肝硬化左心室收缩和舒张功能的超声技术,并描述在不久的将来具有潜在临床适用性的新成像方式。Cirrhotic cardiomyopathy cannot be ignored in the course of cirrhosis, and echocardiography is commonly used in clinical assessment of cirrhotic cardiomyopathy. This article will review current ultrasound techniques used to assess left ventricular systolic and diastolic function in cirrhosis, and describe new imaging modalities with potential clinical applicability in the near future.
