企业股利分配政策研究——以洋河股份为例

摘      要：股利分配政策的使用和研究对公司的发展与成长不可或缺。企业使用合理的股利分配政策可以增强股东持股信心、对外展示企业良好发展态势、增加用户信任度,从而推进公司股价上涨。本文以洋河股份的各项数据为基础研究洋河股份的实际经营状况及股利分配情况。研究表明,洋河股份应降低部分股利支付率,保证企业可支配资金能够维持公司可持续发展,有效缓解洋河股份内部的资金短缺问题,促进洋河股份的长远发展。The use and research of dividend distribution policy is indispensable to the development and growth of the company. The use of reasonable dividend distribution policy by enterprises can enhance shareholders’ confidence in holding shares, show the good development trend of the enterprise to the outside world, increase user trust, and thus promote the rise of the company’s stock price. This paper studies the actual operating conditions and dividend distribution of Yanghe Shares based on various data of Yanghe Shares. The study shows that Yanghe Shares should reduce some dividend payout ratios to ensure that the company’s disposable funds can maintain the company’s sustainable development, effectively alleviate the problem of capital shortage within Yanghe Shares, and promote the long-term development of Yanghe Shares.
