摘      要:目的:观察石蜡疗法(Paraffin Therapy, PT)联合常规康复治疗和单纯常规康复治疗对肩关节周围炎患者的疗效。方法:选取2023年1月~2023年12月于本院接受治疗的肩关节周围炎患者60例。根据治疗方案分为对照组(n = 30)和实验组(n = 30),对照组采用常规康复治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联用患侧肩部石蜡治疗。评估患者治疗前、治疗后的VAS评分、Constant Murley肩关节评分(Constant Murley shoulder score, CMS)和疗效。结果:在治疗后,两组患者在VAS评分、关节活动度、CMS评分方面均较治疗前明显改善(P Objective: To observe the effect of Paraffin Therapy (PT) combined with conventional rehabilitation treatment versus conventional rehabilitation treatment alone in patients with periarthritis of the shoulder. Methods: A total of 60 patients with periarthritis of the shoulder were selected from January 2023 to December 2023. According to the treatment plan, they were divided into a control group (n = 30) and an experimental group (n = 30). The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation treatment, and the experimental group was treated with paraffin therapy on the affected shoulder based on the control group. VAS score, Constant Murley shoulder score (CMS) and efficacy were evaluated before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, VAS score, joint motion and CMS score in both groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment (P 0.05). The improvement effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: Paraffin therapy combined with conventional rehabilitation for shoulder periarthritis can relieve shoulder pain and improve the comprehensive function of the shoulder joint, and the curative effect is superior to conventional rehabilitation therapy alone.
