摘      要：理想信念是人类精神世界的基石,它塑造着个人的价值观和行为决策。技工院校的学生,作为推动国家工业化进程和实现工业强国梦想的新一代,承载着重大的责任。然而,在日常生活中,一些技工院校的学生展现出对理想信念的漠视,缺乏对其深刻的理解和认同,无法主动将理想信念付诸实践。因此,对他们进行理想信念的引导显得尤为关键。厘清理想信念的内涵和外延,构建新时代技工院校学生理想信念教育的优化路径,不仅有助于他们实现个人价值,还能激励他们积极投身于民族复兴的伟大事业中。Ideals and beliefs are the cornerstone of the human spiritual world, which shapes individual values and behavioral decisions. As a new generation that promotes the country’s industrialization process and realizes the dream of becoming an industrial power, the students of technical colleges carry a great responsibility. However, in daily life, some students in technical colleges show indifference to ideals and beliefs, lack of deep understanding and recognition of them, and cannot take the initiative to put ideals and beliefs into practice. Therefore, it is particularly crucial to guide them in their ideals and beliefs. Clarifying the connotation and extension of ideals and beliefs and constructing an optimized path for the education of ideals and beliefs for students in technical colleges in the new era will not only help them realize their personal values, but also inspire them to actively devote themselves to the great cause of national rejuvenation.
