摘      要:The resource utilization of landfill humus soil (LHS) is essential to the treatment of landfill., however, LHS poses ricks of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) and mobile genetic elements (MGEs) spreading. The present study revealed the mechanism of ARGs and MGEs spread driven by carbon (C), nitrogen (N) cycling microbes and functional genes at different depths of LHS. As depth increased, the abundance and diversity of C, N microbes, functional genes, ARGs and MGEs declined. C and N cycling processes were significantly correlated with the dissemination of ARGs and MGEs (p © 2025, The Authors. All rights reserved.
