摘 要:Four characters of photosynthesis such as net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (E), stomatal conductance (C) and internal CO 2 concentration (CO 2int) of sugarcane seedling were observed in 3×4 NCII genetic design by means of CI 301PS portable CO 2 analysis system. Their general combining ability (gca) and specific combining ability (sca) were estimated. The results indicated that the genotypic effects of Pn, E, C and CO 2int were significantly different. Pn, E, C and CO 2int were the characters of high genetic ability which were depended on non additive genotype effect. According to the effect of combining ability, the high gca of CP67 412 as female, Ya90 3 and Ya71 374 as male showed the parents with high photosynthetic efficiency. The performance of F 1 populations derived from CP67 412×Gt73 167, CP67 412×Ya71 374 and YN73 204×Ya90 3 were the most desirable in view of breeding for high photosynthetic efficiency.
