摘      要:A formulation of the PML technique suitable for the FDTD simulation of optical structures is presented. The FDTD formulation is based on the scalar-wave equation. The resulting algorithm is stable, efficient, and effective. Numerical results show that the technique provides an excellent level of absorption with a reasonable amount of absorbing thickness.
