Numerical simulation research on stretch-bending springback of sheet metal in different loading methods

摘      要:The research on springback is always the difficulty in the field of stretchbending processing. The 3D finite element model of sheet metal stretch-bending was established based on the finite element simulation software ABAQUS, in order to investigate the influence of different loading methods, bending radius and tension on the springback. When the bending radius was 150mm, 300mm and 450mm, the numerical simulations were performed respectively in the loading method of stretching-after-bending and bending-after-stretching. The relationships among residual radius of sheet metal after springback, tension and bending radius were obtained. The springback laws in the two loading methods were compared. © 2014 ISSN 1881-803X.
