摘      要：The productive forces of human society have never before known an advancethat we have witnessed during the past several decade. The revolutionary expansion in thedevelopment of technology in the Soviet Union and other countries of the socialist commonwealth isparticularly clear and noteworthy. And this is natural if we consider that it is only in thesecountries that industrial relationships do not obstruct the evolution of the productive forces ofhuman society. The development of new branches of technology is usually related to the greatestevents which have defined our entrance into the new era-mastery of the cosmos, control of atomicenergy, the broadest possible use of electronic calculation techniques.
