The Role of the Operating Room Nurse in Microsurgery of the Ear: Here is one of the newer and very rewarding specialties for the surgical nurse

作者机构:Mary Wilson has been Operating Room Supervisor at the Veterans' Administration Hospital Dallas Texas since 1948. She is a graduate of Hillman Hospital School of Nursing Birmingham Alabama and has a B.S. in Nursing Service Administration from the University of Texas Medical Branch Calveston Texas. From 1942 to 1946 Mrs. Wilson was Operating Room Supervisor at the 56th Evacuation Hospital serving in both Africa and Italy. Fishing boating and week-ending from a cabin on Lake Whitney in family outings are restorative factors which enable Mary Wilson to contribute generously of her time to the nursing profession. She was Program Chairman of the 11th Annual AORN Congress at Dallas Texas in March 1964 and is presently on the Editorial Committee of AORN Journal.
