摘      要：The article discusses a study which examined how a combination of algorithms, math and measurement help in the understanding of how fabrics interact with light. Topics discussed include light simulation requiring treating the cloth as a volume of small thickness, volume rendering to model cloth, fabric modelling as a collection of fibers and scattering and absorbing of light.
