摘 要:A method is described for the determination of μg amounts of Zr, Nb, Ti and V in corrosion water and sodium sulphate. The elements are precipitated by means of cupferron from 10% H2SO4 containing solution in presence of tartaric acid and of 2.5 mg of Fe as trace collector. After ignition of the precipitate the oxides obtained are analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. The intensities of the single elements are measured at the Kα lines taking into account the respective back-ground and referring to the intensity of the iron which is used as internal standard. The limits of detection are below 1 μg. The error involved in the procedure is also below 1 μg. The method can therefore be recommended for an accurate determination of the above elements in the μg resp. ppm range. © 1968 Springer-Verlag.
