摘      要:Heat and mass transfer in porous media is a complex mathematical problem involving multiple partial differential equations. The current paper brings into picture the solution strategy to be applied using finite element method to solve the heat and mass transfer along with viscous dissipation in Cartesian coordinates. The applied methodology is successful in predicting the heat and mass transfer.
