摘      要：Many statistics kept during the software development of an international switching system were used to analyze and evaluate the software development methodology employed during the project. The purpose of this paper is to present some of the results obtained from the analysis and evaluation of the methodology. This paper also addresses the question of why statistics should be kept and analyzed and defines some of the key concepts employed by the methodology.
