摘      要：Reducing the external noise is now a major issue for helicopter manufacturers. The idea beyond this goal is to reduce or even avoid the blade vortex interaction (BVI). EUROCOPTER is currently investigating several strategies to reach this goal. One such strategy is to control the local incidence of the blade by a direct lift flap. AEROSPATIALE MATRA Corporate Research Center and AEROSPATIALE MATRA MISSILES provide the actuator system for the direct lift flap.
