摘      要：The safety methods to excavate underground pipelines are discussed. The safety concerns such as rupturing of lines or damaging coatings are eliminated with Badger Daylighting s Hydrovac system. The Hydrovac excavation is used extensively on pipeline crossings, compressor and pumping station maintenance. The Badger Hydrovac eliminates costly change orders which determines pre-existing locations and depth of utilities. The ground disturbances are minimized which provides reduced restoration costs.
