摘      要：In the process of transition to New System of National Accounts, there exista lot of problems which are not easy to deal with. This paper dissects six aspectsduring this process such as resident service, enterprise subsidy, well-being servicewithin the units, illegal production and underground economy, financial mediaservice charge and information processing, and adjustment of bookkeeper account-ing statistics. The author also points out main international principles and the dif-ficulties under the special situation of our country to treat these problems, andtherefore emphasizes the great significance to solve these issues
