摘      要：We extend the analysis in Koziol et al. (J. Immunol. Methods (1987) 105, 139) for the determination of the probability of achieving monoclonality in limiting dilution assays to three or more cloning stages. We also provide a computer program which will carry out this analysis for an arbitrary number of stages.
