摘 要:Broadband ultrasonic spectroscopy used to measure residual stresses in samples of high-temperature alloys. It is shown that the acoustoelasticity method and laser ultrasonic spectroscopy can be used to determine the depth distribution of residual stresses. Measurements were carried out on test samples of heat-resistant nickel-base and titanium-base alloys with specified distribution of residual stresses after vacuum heat treatment, vibratory stress relief or shot peening. The results were compared with the residual stresses determined from changes in the deformation upon the removal of layers from the sample by electrochemical etching. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2017.
