摘      要：This paper attempts to draw a comprehensive review on major research achievements of China’s emergency management. It starts from the basic concepts of emergency management,based on emergency management framework and phase,it analyzes the multi-dimension and characteristics of emergency management,and proposes the image of further supporting researches on basic science development,administrative system and social system from a theoretical point of view. It also explores the context and direction for promoting the continuous improvements of China’s emergency management research.
