目的:系统分析痛风定片/胶囊单用或联合西药治疗痛风(Gout)的临床疗效及安全性.方法:计算机检索PubMed、CNKI、CBM全文数据库,以"痛风定和痛风"、"Tongfengding and Gout"为检索词;纳入自1979年至2016年6月在国内外公开发表的痛风定片/胶囊单用或联合西药治疗痛风的随机对照实验(RCT);采用Cochrance系统评价的方法评价纳入研究的质量,并使用Rev2Man4.2版软件对纳入文献进行Meta分析.
