目的:比较自采用两种方法加工的北沙参中分别提取的北沙参粗多糖(Polysaccharide of Glehnia littoralis *** ex Miq.,GLP)对甲亢型阴虚小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法:分别提取去皮加工北沙参粗多糖(GLP1)和未去皮加工北沙参粗多糖(GLP2),制备阴虚小鼠模型,观察小鼠体重变化,检测其脾脏抗体生成细胞(AFC)、迟发型超敏反应(DTH)和腹腔巨噬细胞(MΦ)吞噬百分率、吞噬指数等免疫指标。结果:GLP1和GLP2均可使阴虚小鼠体重明显增加(P<0.01或P<0.05);亦能显著促进阴虚小鼠脾脏AFC的生成(P<0.01或P<0.05);增强DTH反应(P<0.01);对腹腔MΦ的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数无明显影响(P>0.05);且两种北沙参粗多糖(GLP1、GLP2)的各相同剂量组之间的作用无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:两种北沙参粗多糖GLP1和GLP2在增强机体免疫功能方面无显著性差异,为改进北沙参的传统加工方法提供了实验依据。

Two new glycosides were isolated and characterized by spectral analysis from the seeds of Cassia obtusifolia and the leaves of Cassia angustifolia. The structure was elucidated as 1-hydroxyl-2-acetyl-3,8-dimethoxy-naphthalene-6-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→2) -β-D-glucopyranoside and 2-acetyl-3-methyl-8-methoxyl-1,4-naphthoquinone-6-O-β-D- glucopyranoside.
