Objective Previous studies have showed that human endothelial cells can secrete a soluble factor to preferentially induce osteogenic differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells(hMSCs).Human adipose derived stem cell(hADSC) is another kind ofpluripotent stem cell which is easier to be isolated,possesses higher proliferation rate than hMSC.
