Immunosuppressive drug was used for most allo—liver recipients to prevent graft ***(also known as FK506、is one of the most popular immunosuppressant for transplantation patients. As T lymphocyte specific targeted suppressant， tacrolimus could regulate the immune states of recipients and immune states of patients were hugely different from before transplantation operation The anti-nuclear antibody(ANA)is one of the most important autoantibody against nucleus or/and cytoplasm substance in the imbalance of the immune system，which Can occur in a number of *** autoimmune disorders including systemic lupus erythematosus and Sjogren’S syndrome，target specific protein antigens present in the body’s nucleated *** selected liver transplantation patients with a long—term treatment of tacrolimus and control patients with matched liver diseases to detect serum ANA to evaluate the immunity state of allo-liver recipients.

@@ Primary biliary cirrhosis(PBC)is a progressive autoimmune liver disease characterized by the chronic inflammation and destruction of intra-hepatic small bile ducts，leading to liverfmrosis，cirrhosis，and eventual liver failure,The cellular components in human innate immune system，such as natural kill cells fNK)，natural kill T cells 0'roT)，monocytes，macrophages，and dendritic cells(DC)，represent a first—line defensive system against microorganisms，and their activities rely on receptors that recognize molecules in pathogens or envkonmental *** killer (NK)cells and NKT cells are critical effectors of the innate immune ***，little is known about the frequency and function ofNK cells and NKT cells in patients with *** the current study，we compared the levels of FCyR3A，TYROBP，and PRFl expression in NK and NKT cells，and examined the potential relationship of their expression with liver function and disease severity in a Chinese population of PBC and healthy subjects.

Pathology control groups were 80 patients who had just renal dysfunction，1 1 3 patients who had just gastrointestinal hemorrhage，50 patients who had just intestinal *** control group was 80 healthy *** the serum and plasma samples of enrolled subjects，and measured the carbamoyl phosphate synthetase Ⅰ(CPS Ⅰ)，ornithine carbamoyl transferase(OCT)，liver function indicators，and *** difference of ammonia among patients who had liver *** analyze difference of ammonia，CPS I，OCT among patients who had cirrhosis and who did not，and correlation of CPS Ⅰ，OCT with *** compare ammonia among patients who had HRS and renal dysfunction with normal controls，and analyze the correlation of serum urea，creatinine with ammonia among 40 patients.

@@ We aim to prepare and characterize a monoclonal antibody(McAb)against human non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)，and to further investigate the inhibitory effect ofthis McAb on the proliferation of lung adenocarcinoma eell lineSPC.A1 *** and ***/c mice were immunized with human lung adenocarcinoma cells and the spleen cells of the immunized mice were conventionally fused with SP2/0 myeloma *** resulting positive clone，which produced McAb against *** obtained by means of indirect cell ELISA *** the specificity of the McAb was indicated through ELISA and an indirect immunofluorescence *** relative molecular mass(Mr)of the antigen recognized by the McAb was measured by Westem blot and immunohistochemical analysis was performed to detect the tissue specificity of the ***-A1 cells were plated on a soft agar matrix and treated with various concentrations of McAb;the colony formation efficiency and the inhibition ratio of colonies were then *** xenograft was established upon subcutaneous injection of SPC-A1 cells and McAb，administered intraperitoneally at three difierent *** mice were monitored for tumor size.

@@ 25-hydroxyvitamin D(D3/D2)is frequently tested in clinicaflaboratories due to its importance in the management of patients with bone disease and the association between 25-hydroxyvitamin D(25(OH)D)deficiency/insufficiency and certain cancers，autoimmune disorders，infectious diseases，cardiovascular diseases，and many other *** methodoIoaies for 25(OH)D testing in clinicaI Iaboratories include radioimmunoassay,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)，HPLC coupled mass spectrometry(LC-MS)，and chemiluminescent *** Lc-MS methods for 25(OH)D testing are home-brew assays;therefore，carefuI evaluation iS needed prior to clinical *** objective of this study iS to develop and evaluate an Lc tandem MS(LC-MS/MS)assay for simultaneous quantification of 25(OH)D3/***，standards，or controls were mixed with methanol—isoproponoI containing internaI standard(IS，25(OH)D3一d6)，and ZnS04 reagent was added followed by vortex mixing. Then methan01 was added and mixed to precipitate *** was added to extract the 25(OH)D3/*** centrifugation，the hexane Iayer was dried under nitrogen.
