Purpose: To evaluate the presence of brain tumors located near the central sulcus of the brain,including the primary motor cortex,the anterior motor area and the adjunctive motor area spinal cord,the use of blood oxygen level-dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging and diffusion tensor imaging techniques were combined preoperatively,and then to evaluate its role in preoperative *** :Some patients with preoperative motor dysfunction or tumor involved in motor system received preoperative BOLD-fMRI,DTI detection and DTI tracing and reconstruct the corticospinal tract with three-dimensional reconstruction in the patients with brain tumor from October 2015 to July *** then evaluate its motor function and tumor resection preoperatively and postoperatively.
