为缓解国际鱼油资源短缺,研究了不同比例的豆油替代鱼油对中华条颈龟血脂和肝脏产生的影响.选取体重1557±307g的4龄雌性中华条颈龟,按照日粮中所添加的豆油与鱼油的不同比例随机分成五组,即空白组(豆油∶鱼油0:0),纯豆油组(豆油∶... 详细信息

为缓解国际鱼油资源短缺,研究了不同比例的豆油替代鱼油对中华条颈龟血脂和肝脏产生的影响.选取体重1557±307g的4龄雌性中华条颈龟,按照日粮中所添加的豆油与鱼油的不同比例随机分成五组,即空白组(豆油∶鱼油0:0),纯豆油组(豆油∶鱼油1∶0),2∶1组(豆油∶鱼油2∶1),1∶2组(豆油∶鱼油1∶2)和纯鱼油组(豆油∶鱼油0∶1).饲养8个月后,从各组中随机选取6只,心脏取血测甘油三酯TG,总胆固醇TC,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇HDL-C和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇LDL-C含量;取肝脏组织测脂蛋白脂酶LPL和肝脂酶HL活性,结果如下:(1)随着豆油替代比例的下降,TC,TG和HDL-C均呈先下降再上升的趋势;TC和TG的含量在2∶1组均显著低于纯鱼油组(P＜0.05),其他组之间差异不显著(P＞0.05);HDL-C含量在2∶1组和1∶2组显著低于空白组(P＜0.05),与其他组差异不显著(P＞0.05);豆油替代鱼油对中华条颈龟血脂中的TC,TG和HDL-C含量总体影响并不是特别显著,但2∶1组和1∶2组要优于其他组;(2)随着豆油替代比例的下降,LDL-C,HL和LPL都呈先上升再下降的趋势;其中LDL-C下降趋势并不显著(P＞0.05);HL和LPL(合称总酯酶)都在2∶1组出现最大值,并且显著高于纯鱼油组和空白组(P＜0.05).综上所述,豆油替代鱼油总体并未表现出明显的不利的影响,最佳替代比例建议介于1∶2至2∶1之间.
