汞及其化合物是公认的有害物质,被联合国环境规划署列为全球性污染物.汞主要危害人的神经系统,使脑部受损,造成"汞中毒脑症",在微生物作用下,汞甲基化后毒性更大[1-6].因此,对于环境或生物体内Hg2+的检测具有重大意义.本课题组设计合成了一种基于FRET机理的检测Hg2+的比率型荧光探针(化合物1)并对其光谱性质做了研究,结果表明:化合物1在THF/H2O体系中对汞离子具有良好的选择性和较低的检测限(0.89 n M),其p H工作范围为5到10.
