目的:调查分析军队基层卫生工作者社交回避及苦恼与领悟社会支持状况。方法:采用领悟社会支持量表((Perceived Social Support Scale,PSSS)、社交回避及苦恼量表(Social Avoidance and DistressScale,SAD)对某个培训班76名来自全军16个基层单位的卫生工作者进行调查。结果:军队基层卫生工作者PSSS(63.86±10.75)高于理论均值,SAD(70.14±14.90)低于理论均值;来自农村的基层卫生工作者社交回避及苦恼水平显著高于来自城市的工作者(P<0.05);高领悟社会支持组SAD总分及回避因子得分显著低于低领悟社会支持组(P<0.05);PSSS总分及家庭外支持因子与SAD及各因子呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论:军队基层卫生工作者领悟社会支持(63.86±10.75)处于中等偏上水平,社交回避及苦恼(70.14±14.90)处于中等偏下水平;基层卫生工作者社交回避及苦恼受城乡来源影响,领悟社会支持水平是影响社交回避及苦恼的个体因素。

A new Cl-containing flavonoid,3,6,8-trichloro-5,7,3',4'-tetrahydroxyflavone,named bipinnata A(1),a new biscoumaric acid derivative,4-O-(2",3"-O- diacetyl-6"-O-p-coumaroyl-β-D-glucopyrano-syl) -p-coumaric acid named bipinnata B(2),and 8,3',4'- trihydroxyflavone- 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3) together with twenty-four known compouds(4-27) were isolated from the whole plant of Bidens bipinnata.
