通过室内土壤培养试验,研究铜污染土壤上施用有机物料对微生物量碳动态变化的影响。结果表明。施用玉米秸秆、蘑菇渣等有机物料能显著提高铜污染土壤的微生物量碳、有机碳和可浸提有机碳含量.并随施加量的增大而增加。在相同用量下,施用玉米秸秆的提高幅度小于施用蘑菇渣。土壤微生物量碳、微生物商在有机物料施用后20 d 达到高峰,可浸提有机碳和基质矿化商在15 d 达到高峰。培养结束较培养初始时,土壤有机碳、微生物量碳和土壤可浸提有机碳降低。在铜污染土壤上施加有机物料能有效降低铜对微生物量的影响。
