在盆栽条件下,采用三因素[Glomus intraradices(BGC B J08),Glomus mosseae (BGC B J08)和Glomus etunicatum (BGC B J08)]、二水平(接种和不接种)试验设计,研究了三种菌根真菌菌种间的相互作用对玉米的生长和磷吸收的效应.结果表明:Glomus属的3种不同菌根真菌对玉米苗期生长的效应存在差异,Gintraradices能显著促进玉米的生长和磷吸收,Getunicatum对玉米的生长表现为显著负效应,***则未表现出显著的效应.***和Getunicatum同时接种在第六周时对玉米生长存在显著的互作效应,但第八周时这种互作消失了.在试验条件下,Gmosseae和***、Gmosseae和***两两之间,以及3种真菌同时接种的时候未表现出显著的互作.以上结果表明,不同菌种之间存在显著的正的作用,不同菌种的菌根效应和相互作用受玉米生育期的影响.
