The BiFeO powders are prepared by the conventional solid state reaction,which have some impurity phases(BiFeO,BiFeO).The effects of nitrating on the decomposition in the impurity phases of BiFeO powders are studied by X-ray diffraction（XRD）,Backscattered Electron（BSE） images and Energy-dispersive Spectrometry（EDS） quantitative *** impurity phase BiFeO and BiFeO cannot be nitrated by dilute nitric ***,for BiFeO phase is metastable,which may be decomposed into nitrate of Bi and *** effect of dilute nitric acid concentration on the decompositing rate in BiFeO phase also has been discussed,which may provide a useful experimental guidance for the preparation of pure-phase BiFeO.

Thermoelectric devices can directly convert thermal energy to electricity or vise versa with the efficiency being determined by the materials’ dimensionless figure of merit *** the revival of interests in last decades,substantial achievements have been reached in search of high performance thermoelectric materials,especially in the high temperature *** the near room temperature regime,we recently obtained MgAgSb based materials with ZT .9 at 300 K and .4at 525 K,as well as a record high energy conversion efficiency of 8.5%.However,the underlying mechanism responsible for the performance in this family of materials has been poorly ***,based on the structure refinement,DFT calculations and NMR experiment,we disclose unique silver and magnesium ion migrations in *** is revealed that the mutual ion migrations is the major origin of the low thermal conductivity and plays an important role in the good ZT in MgAgSb based *** this talk,I will present recent progress in this material system.

The crystalline phase and chemical composition of three kinds of tourmaline are examined by using X-ray diffraction(XRD) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),*** directional slice,the P-E loops of tourmaline(SC-1,XJ-2,HB-1) are measured in different polarization *** is found that the spontaneous polarization along c-axis of tourmaline is larger than that perpendicular to *** on this,the effect of temperature,polarization frequency and dielectric loss on the polarization properties of tourmaline are discussed *** results show that the polarization of tourmaline are composed by the dipole turning-direction polarization and relaxation polarization of thermion and the polarization increases with the rise of temperature,which indicates that the lower electric field and less time are required to reach the saturated polarization *** is indicated that the frequency of electric field is an important factor on the process of polarization in *** addition,the obvious dielectric loss is observed during the polarization process of tourmaline,causing the difficulty for achieving the saturated polarization state.

In this work,the phase relationship of MgO-InO-PO ternary system have been systematically investigated via solid-state reactions,leading to discover a new ternary compound *** analysis based on powder x-ray diffraction data is implemented to determine the crystal structure of this *** structure-,composition-,and temperature-dependent photoluminescent properties of lanthanide-doped MgInPO phosphors are investigated by means of structural analysis,photoluminescence excitation(PLE) and emission(PL)spectrum,decay lifetime,low-temperature and high-temperature luminescence,and chromaticity coordinate.

伴随多晶型是结晶热力学与动力学共同作用的结果。为提高产品纯度,应在结晶过程中避免出现伴随结晶现象。因此需对溶液结晶过程的热力学,动力学以及操作参数进行考察。本文对孕二烯酮多晶型体系溶液冷却结晶过程与液相介导转晶过程进行了研究。重点讨论了结晶参数,成核速率以及生长速率对产品晶型的影响。首先采用冷却结晶的方法,选取11种纯溶剂与26种混合溶剂作为结晶介质进行冷却结晶试验,获得孕二烯酮的两种晶型,即晶型Ⅰ与晶型Ⅱ。运用X-射线粉末衍射（XRD）,差式量热扫描法（DSC）,热重分析法,拉曼光谱以及偏光显微镜对该两种晶型进行定性分析。并选用XRD对该两种晶型的混合物进行定量分析,建立用于定量分析的标准曲线。运用动态法对孕二烯酮晶型Ⅰ与晶型Ⅱ在乙醇溶液中的溶解度进行测量。试验结果表明两种晶型的溶解度均随温度的升高而增加。并且溶解度曲线存在交点,说明该两种晶型为互变转晶体系。通过对两种晶型在溶液中相对热力学稳定性的考察,发现当温度高于19 ℃时,晶型Ⅰ为稳定晶型,当温度低于18 oC时,晶型Ⅱ为稳定晶型。运用聚焦激光反射测量仪（FBRM）对两种晶型在乙醇溶液中的介稳区进行测量。并讨论降温速率,过饱和温度以及搅拌速率对介稳区宽度的影响。进而根据Nyvlt模型,对成核参数与成核活化能进行计算。通过改变溶液初始浓度与结晶温度,可获得不同晶型产品。当结晶温度高于27℃时,晶型Ⅰ析出。当结晶温度为19至25 ℃时,在较低初始浓度下,获得Ⅰ晶型,在较高初始浓度下,获得晶型Ⅰ与晶型Ⅱ的混合物。当结晶温度为5至17 ℃时,在较低初始浓度下,只有晶型Ⅱ析出,在较高初始浓度下,获得两种晶型的混合晶体。通过测量晶型Ⅰ与晶型Ⅱ的诱导期,根据经典成核理论可计算表面张力,进而获得两种晶型的成核速率（J）。运用热载台显微镜测量晶型Ⅰ与晶型Ⅱ在乙醇溶液中的生长速率（G）。研究发现,当J>J,G>G时,结晶产品为Ⅰ晶型。当J

Materials with low thermal conductivities are of technological importance in many applications from thermoelectric devices to thermal *** report the synthesis and low thermal conductivities of narrow band gap semiconductors NaSnAs and NaSnP,in which the measured minimum lattice thermal conductivities are 0.62 W/m/K and 0.58 W/m/*** values are close to the calculated minimum of 0.46 W/m/K and 0.40 W/m/K,respectively,and obviously lower than that for their closely related compound NaSnAs,which has less lone pair *** low thermal conductivities in NaSnAs and NaSnP are due to double lone s electron pairs that are present in both Sn sites and As(P) *** lone pair electrons can induce more anisotropic Griineisen parameters y and lower further thermal conductivity than that in *** findings provide hints for exploring new materials with low thermal conductivities.

尼莫地平（Nimodipine）,分子式为CHNO,系统命名为2,6-二甲基-4-（3-硝基苯基）-1,4-二氢-3,5-吡啶二甲酸-2-甲氧乙基-（1-甲乙基）酯。是临床应用广泛的钙通道阻滞剂类降压药,我国市场已有的固体剂型包括:片剂、缓释片、胶囊、注射剂等。研究表明,尼莫地平存在多晶型现象,而且不同晶型药物的生物利用度、临床疗效差异较大。目的:对实验获得的样品通过粉末X射线衍射图谱分析,并将所得图谱与单晶X射线衍射图谱对比,确定所得样品的晶型。同时对两种晶型样品采用红外光谱、拉曼光谱、差示扫描量热法等技术进行表征与分析。方法:晶A型:称取尼莫地平100mg,加入10ml乙醇:水=1:1的溶剂系统,在50℃,-0.1MPa条件下快速去溶剂得到黄色固体,在40℃,-0.06MPa条件下干燥12h,即可得到晶A型产物。晶B型:称取尼莫地平100mg,加入10ml丙酮,在40℃,-0.1MPa条件下快速去溶剂得到黄色固体,在40℃,-0.06MPa条件下干燥12h,即可得到晶B型产物。采用粉末X射线衍射图谱、差示扫描量热法、红外光谱法、拉曼光谱法对尼莫地平两种晶型物质进行鉴别分析。结果:晶A型和晶B型实验所得粉末X射线衍射图谱可用于尼莫地平的晶型鉴别和晶型纯度分析。晶B型在2θ=5°的位置存在特征衍射峰,而晶A型在该位置没有。根据特征衍射峰的存在与否可以有效区分两种晶型。在差示扫描量热法图谱中,晶A型的Onset值为113.96℃,Peak值为115.45℃,热焓值为-288.83mJ。晶B型的Onset值为123.51℃,Peak值为124.66℃,热焓值为-235.70mJ。晶A型和晶B型在热力学方面存在明显差异,可以有效区分两种晶型。晶A型和晶B型的红外光谱图谱有细微差别,晶B型在3649 cm附近有平缓地吸收峰,晶A型没有。且在3000-3300cm出两者红外图谱存在区别,可用于辅助鉴别两种晶型。拉曼光谱可用于晶型确证,比较晶A型和晶B型拉曼光谱图谱,在500cm处晶A型存在特征吸收峰,而晶B型则没有。可以有效区分两种晶型。结论:在晶型研究过程中,通过多种原理的分析技术,如差示扫描量热法、红外光谱法、拉曼光谱法等,可根据晶型的不同性质,多角度对晶型进行表征。本研究所获得两种晶型表征方法的图谱和数据,可用于尼莫地平晶型的鉴别和分析。研究结果对尼莫地平的晶型分析和质量控制提供了重要的科学依据。
