黄瓜绿斑驳花叶病毒(cucumber green mottle mosaic virus,CGMMV)属杆状病毒科(Virgaviridae)烟草花叶病毒属(Tobamovirus)(http://***/***),是严重为害葫芦科作物的重要病毒之一。1935年,英国首次报道CGMMV发生,截至目前在以色列、西班牙、韩国、日本、巴基斯坦等国家也先后报道有该病毒的发生。在我国,2004年首次在广西观赏南瓜上发现该病毒。至2012年,在我国辽宁、上海、江苏、浙江、安徽、湖北、湖南、广东、海南等省(市)有发生,已给当地葫芦科作物造成不同程度损失。为了弄清CGMMV在广东葫芦科作物上发生与分布情况,2013～2014年,我们在广东的茂名、湛江、高要、佛山、深圳、梅州、广州等地葫芦科作物种植区进行调查与病样采集,共采集南瓜、黄瓜、葫芦、西葫芦、丝瓜、节瓜、白瓜、冬瓜、苦瓜等9种葫芦科作物疑似病样162份,应用DAS-ELISA方法对这些病样进行检测。结果表明,冬瓜、白瓜、苦瓜、丝瓜和西葫芦共45份病样均没有检测到CGMMV;而48份南瓜病样中有30份检测到CGMMV,阳性率为62.5%;24份黄瓜病样中有3份检测到CGMMV,阳性率为12.5%;25份葫芦病样中有10份检测到CGMMV,阳性率为40%;20份节瓜病样中有10份检测到CGMMV,阳性率为50%。因此,目前CGMMV在广东主要侵染和为害南瓜、节瓜、葫芦和黄瓜,其中南瓜感染率最高,其次为节瓜。
