Adenine nucleotide translocase(ANT) is a constitutive component located in the inner membrane of mitochondria involved in the ADP/ATP exchange,which also has been known to be a major component of the mitochondrial permeability transition pore(PTP) complex and contributes to mitochondria-mediated apoptosis in yeast and ***,little has been known as for the function of ANT in ***,in this study isolated an ANT of Puccinia striiformis(Pst),designated as *** contains three typical conserved repeat mitochondria carrier protein domains,which are conserved among animals,Caenorhabditis elegan and ***-cytochemical localization confirmed the mitochondria localization of PsANT in normal Pst invading hypha cells or cells under collapse status,implying its roles in energy supply for the pathogen growth and cell death modulation for senescent *** expression of PsANT verified a pro-cell death role of PsANT in tobacco leaves as well as in wheat *** mutation analyses revealed a cumulative effect of the three conserved motifs in cell death ***-PCR analyses revealed an in-planta induced expression of PsANT during *** of PsANT during the compatible wheat-Pit interaction by host induced gene silencing(HIGS) led to fewer branches and haustoria mother cells at the early stage but recovered Pst growth at the late *** results suggested that PsANT may modulate the Pst growth via supplying energy,but not essential for the Pst pathogenicity.

To invade and colonize their hosts,fungal pathogens utilize a serious of effector proteins to suppress plant *** of these effectors are secreted,cysteine-rich proteins that may have a role in *** the genome of Fusarium graminearum,the causal agent of the wheat and barley head blight disease,we identified 53 genes that encode secreted proteins and have no homologous sequences in GenBank or other sequenced fungal *** mutants of all these SUP(secreted unique protein) genes were generated and assayed for defects in growth,conidiation,sexual reproduction,DON production,and *** of them,Sup1-Sup4,were found to be important for plant *** Sup1 and Sup3 are required for infection of both wheat heads and corn stalks,Sup2 and Sup4 are only involved in wheat *** transient expression assays with the PVX-based system,all of them could block Bax-induced programmed cell death induced in Nicotianabenthamiana and wheat The expression of Sup2 and Sup4 was significantly up-regulated during early infection stages up to72 *** blot analysis with GFP-fusion proteins confirmed that Sup2 and Sup4 were secreted ***-cell imaging suggested that Sup4-fusion proteins were expressed and secreted by invasive hyphae formed in wheat leaf sheath *** characterization of the translocation and localization of the Sup-GFP fusion constructs was in *** experiments to determine whether Sup1-Sup4 function as important effector genes during wheat infection also are under the way.

Plasmopara viticola,the causal agent of downy mildew,is considered one of the most important pathogens of *** has drastic effects on the host plants,on berries,but also on wine qualities and their sensorial and organoleptic properties,resulting in great economic losses for the wine growers and ***,biological control has become more efficient,safer,and environmentally friendly,in comparison to conventional *** have great potential to control such fungal *** order to obtain antagonistic endophytic bacteria against ***,157 endopytic strains isolated from surface sterilized leaves,stems,and berries of healthy grapevine were screened by leaf discs *** on screening test,eight isolates(strains SY2,SY188,SY25,HB31,HB85,HB133,HB135 and HB144) showed different levels of inhibitory *** HB135 showed the strongest control effectiveness(91.27%).Inhibition spectrum tests showed that the strain HB135 could significantly inhibit against 10 tested fungal phytopathogens,and the diameter of inhibition zoneranged from5.37 mm to 17.13 *** to its characteristics in physiology,biochemistry and 16 S rDNA sequence,the strain was identified as Pseudomonas *** on the results above,HB135 was finally screened out for its great potential in grape downy mildew control,implicating a powerful value of the strain in the production practice.

Soybean is main economic crop in *** loss of soybean product cause by fungous diseases of soybean was ***-borne internal fungal infected can decrease the rate of seed germination and affect seedling vigor,the infections lead to the low output and bad quantity of *** *** one of the factors effected the soybean production *** was reported in 2010,it was the first time report in China,*** cause soybean stem blight was found in Heilongjiang province of China but there was no report about *** infected soybean *** insure the situation of Phomopsis *** the soybean disease in soybean production areas,the research about Phomopsis *** as distribution in soybean production areas,pathogenicity,host range and Variety Resistance were carried out,the result was benefited to Phomopsis ***,it will be the basis of soybean disease manage and guide the soybean *** varieties from seven cities（Jiamusi,Harbin,Heihe,Qiqihaer,Suihua,Mudanjiang and Shuangyasahn in Heilongjiang province） were chosen for this *** Acid-PDA medium was used for Phomopsis ***;morphological method and molecular biological method were used for *** result showed that,the carrier rate of seed,germination rate and seed vigor were different between different soybean variety,and carrier rate of seed was negative correlation with germination energy and germination *** *** separated from 15.2%of 79 soybean varieties,15 isolates were obtained.12 isolates was the Pathogenicity fungus,they were found in Harbin,Jiamusi and *** other three isolates were different and they were found in Harbin;Cercospora kikuchii was separated from 22.8%of 79 soybean varieties in Harbin,Heihe,Qiqihaer,Jiamusi and *** inoculation method and plant inoculation method were used for testing the pathogenicity of 15 *** result showed that hyphae of all 15 isolates coul

小麦条锈病(stripe rust)是由小麦条锈菌(Puccinia striiformis ***)引起的世界性气传叶部病害,几乎在所有麦区都有发生。2002年来,新条锈菌小种CYR32和Su-11-14的出现对中国当前小麦主要抗源,如具有1B/1R的洛类品种、水源11、繁6等都产生致病力,只有Yr5、Yr10和Yr15、Yr26、贵农775等抗源仍保持抗性,因而新抗源的筛选显得尤为重要。西北地区作为我国小麦重要的生产地,小麦条锈病一直是西北冬春麦区培育优质高产小麦的限制因素,流行年份可导致小麦减产30%以上,甚至绝收。同时干旱的自然环境也成为制约本地区小麦种植的瓶颈。小麦近缘种和其他禾谷类属植物中蕴含丰富的抗性基因,燕麦属植物是小麦近缘物种中与小麦亲缘关系较远的属,不仅抗逆性强,适应性广,而且含有丰富的抗病基因。为了选育抗逆丰产且适合西北干旱地区的育种亲本材料,自2005年以来,本实验室对野燕麦与小麦远缘杂交后代的一系列材料,进行田间成株期抗条锈接种鉴定和逐年系统选择,培育出106份性状遗传稳定的衍生系后代。本研究通过陕西杨凌和甘肃天水两地田间成株期抗条锈性鉴定,对这106份衍生系后代进行初步抗病性选择;再通过苗期接当前流行小种CYR32、CYR33和潜在流行小种CH42,并对其进行已知抗病基因的分子标记检测,最后筛选出4份具苗期抗性,32份具成株期抗性的新型抗病材料;为了对这些抗病材料的抗旱性进行综合分析,用15%聚乙二醇(PEG)-6000高渗培养液模拟干旱胁迫,依据苗期抗旱性鉴定评价分级标准,并利用抗旱系数和抗旱隶属函数相结合的方法,测定了幼苗株高、根冠比、叶片相对含水量和相对电导率。结果表明筛选出的36份材料不仅对当前条锈菌流行小种CYR32、CYR33和潜在流行小种CH42具有很好的抗性,且抗旱性优良,可作为西北地区抗病兼抗旱的亲本材料提供给育种家。

Wheat soil-borne virus disease is one of the most important threats to winter *** pathogen is Wheat yellow mosaic virus（WYMV） and Chinese wheat mosaic virus（CWMV）,which spread by Pofymyxa graminis L in a persistent *** order to investigate the distribution of these virus,117 wheat samples were collected from 38 areas and detected by using ELISA and RT-PCR in *** analysed the coat protein（CP） gene sequence of these two virus,then the phylogenetic tree was *** show that,WYMV was detected in samples from Junan,linshu,Tancheng in Linyi,Boshan in Zibo,Tengzhou in Zaozhuang and Juxian in Rizhao,with a positive rate of 30.77%;CWMV was detected in samples from Rongcheng in Weihai,Pingyuan in Dezhou and Yishui in Linyi,with a positive rate of 21.37%.Both WYMV and CWMV are detected in samples from Fushan,Wendeng in Yantai,and Jiaozhou in *** homology of WYMV isolates CP gene is 97.3%9.1%.Isolate from Junan and Juxian had a close phylogenetic relationship with isolate from Sichuan（AJ240050）,isolate from Tengzhou had a close relationship with Jiangsu isolate（FR828089）.It has a 95.2%~ 98.2%homology in CWMV CP gene,which were clustered into two *** group include isolates from Pingyuan,Wendeng and Yantai,the other include isolates from Yishui,Rongcheng and *** results shows that there were genetic diversity in CP gene of WYMV and CWMV.

Citrus Huanglongbing(HLB) is one of the most serious and devastating citrus diseases in the *** is caused by any of three uncultured species of a-Proteobacteria,Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus(CLas),Ca.L americanus(CLam),and ***(CLaf),and CLas is the only pathogen responsible for HLB in *** recent years,detection,identification and genetic variability of HLB pathogen were extensively ***,research involving in occurrence mechanism of HLB was seldom carried *** this experiment,transcriptomes of different citrus cultivars upon infection of CLas were comparatively *** main objective is to understand the molecular mechanism of HLB resistance,and to lay a foundation for exploiting the HLB-resistant genes in ***-diseased buds were grafted on susceptible citrus cultivar(Ponkan) and resistant citrus cultivar(Guanximiyou) *** microarray technology,gene? differential expression of leaves from Ponkan,Guanximiyou,and their healthy controls were analyzed.1106 differentially expressed genes were found in Ponkan,of which 564 genes were up-regulated,and 542 genes were down-regulated,whereas 910 differentially expressed genes were found in Guanximiyou,of which 491 genes were up-regulated,and 419 genes were *** pp2,related to phloem blocking,was up-regulated in both Ponkan and *** involving in synthesis of cysteine proteinase were all up-regulated in Guanximiyou,but were up or down regulated in ***,genes in a number of metabolism pathways including photosynthesis,sugar metabolism,chlorophyll,pathogenesis related protein and GDSL-lipase were differentially expressed at different levels in the two *** data were helpful to elucidate the reason for the HLB resistance differences between Ponkan and Guanximiyou.

Fusarium wilt,caused by the fungus Fusarium oxysporum ***(Foc),is the lethal disease for *** pathogen attacks banana roots,colonizes and occludes the xylem vessels,disrupts water translocation and causes the typical wilt *** banana plants eventually died,thereby reducing yields in affected *** disease is the most challenging issue face the banana industry in the *** of the host resistance would be very useful towards the development of Fusarium wilt resistant banana varieties,which is the most economical and environmental friendly approach to control the Foe harm's *** this connection,we evaluated two banana varieties for resistance to Fusarium *** B6 and its mutant GKl were inoculated with *** *** race 4(Foe 4) and the incidence at seedling stage of potting culture was *** results showed that GKl was resistant to Foe 4 compared to Williams B6,and the disease incidences were 9%and93%,*** B6 and GKl were grown in different banana plantation affected by Foe 4,including the Dongfang Banqiao town in Hainan province,Lingao Dongying town in Hainan province,and Xuwen Xiaqiao town in Guangdong *** disease incidences of GKl in the three areas were5.7%,3.5%,12.1%,respectively,which were much lower than that of Williams *** incidences of Williams B6 in the three areas were high to 51.5%,49.8%,53.6%,*** tests demonstrated that GKl is resistant to Foc 4,which is as a focus in the study of resistance variety selection.

Soybean is not only the traditional crop in China,but also is the important oil crop with high economic *** cyst nematode(Heterodera glycines) is an important soil-borne disease to *** had been isolated from legume nodules,displaying a potential to enhance nodulation,growth and yield of legume *** soybean root will form a syncytium after nematode *** primary invasion site of rhizobium is the root hair of the *** cyst nematode and rhizobia can infect the root of soybean;there are some interactions with each *** order to search the strain of antagonistic rhizobia against soybean cyst nematode,615 soil samples had been collected from all over the *** them,the most nodules collected in Liaoning province,the following was Jilin and Heilongjiang province,and other *** bacteria were isolated from soybean root nodules,which had been obtained from the soil samples by trapping plant *** seed(Liaodou 15) were sowed into these soil *** 30 days,big and plump nodules were collected from the *** nodules were screened with semi nodule method against SCN,which had prevention rate in more than 75%.After preliminary screening,27 rhizobium strains against SCN were obtained using YMA culture medium in *** they were made of fermentation broth with TY liquid medium and were tested toxic effect to *** were 2 strains of nematicidal rhizobium that were gained through fermentation further *** research provided a new method for bio-control of soybean cyst nematode,and the effective substance was worth further study.
