城镇化的逐步推进，带动地域内的物质与经济要素向城市集中，表现为城市规模的扩大。城市规模化的同时，用地紧张、资源短缺、交通拥挤、环境质量下降等“城市病”突出，生态环境面临巨大压力。环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)指出，环境污染水... 详细信息

城镇化的逐步推进，带动地域内的物质与经济要素向城市集中，表现为城市规模的扩大。城市规模化的同时，用地紧张、资源短缺、交通拥挤、环境质量下降等“城市病”突出，生态环境面临巨大压力。环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)指出，环境污染水平与经济发展的长期发展关系呈倒U型。本文创新性地引入城镇生活垃圾产生量来衡量固废污染水平，同时以全国范围内的地级城市为研究对象，建立环境影响随机模型(STIRPAT)，基于我国98个地级以上城市2006～2015年的面板数据进行实证分析，探讨城市规模与环境质量之间的关系。研究发现：(1)EKC曲线具有非一致性，不同污染物排放量表示的环境污染水平与人均GDP表示的经济发展水平呈不同的相关关系，存在线性负相关、线性正相关、U型等关系。(2)城市规模对环境质量也具有非一致性。城市规模对环境质量的影响主要体现在产业结构和经济发展水平上，但对超大城市而言，能源结构也是重要的影响因素，这说明当城镇化发展到一定阶段时，城市规模很难进一步上升，发展将会受到多方面的限制，这也提示我们，在建设新型城镇化时，还应着重带动中小城市的发展，实现整体城镇化率的提升。(3)随着城镇化的发展，每万元产值工业二氧化硫和工业废水排放量会逐渐降低，而人均生活垃圾产生量会逐渐增加，符合预期实际。

建立有针对性的财务危机预警模型对企业的健康发展至关重要。与传统的统计方法相比，数据驱动的机器学习财务预警模型具有较高的预测精度，但也带来模型不可解释而无法应用的困难。在本文，利用极度梯度提升的集成学习算法XGBoost(eXtreme Gradient Boosting)具有较强的非线性信息识别能力和较高的预测精度这一特点，我们建立了刻画上市公司财务预警模型的风险特征因子，然后结合中国制造业2018-2020年125家因“财务状况异常”的ST公司和2116家非ST上市公司为研究样本，从企业的偿债能力、盈利能力、发展能力、营运能力及风险水平等7个方面出发确定的76个(财务)定量初始特征，和从企业的审计、内部治理、股权结构和创新能力4个方面确定的14个初始的非财务特征指标为基础，筛选出刻画上市公司财务危机预警模型的风险特征指标。我们的结果表明，与逻辑(Logistic)模型相比，基于XGBoost算法的预警模型对上市公司发生财务危机风险的预测能力更强。最后，借助SHAP(SHAPley Additive exPlanations)解释框架，我们找出了影响上市公司发生财务危机风险的重要因素和影响方式。本文建立的基于XGBoost算法的公司财务预警模型不仅具备较高的预测精度，同时具有一般的可解释性。

We investigate theoretically and with some numerical analysis the effects of a financing arrangement emerging from the financial services *** entrepreneur with insufficien-t collateral to borrow enough funds from banks for undertaking a project enters into an agreement with a third *** party(the insurer)guarantees the debt making the en-trepreneur able to borrow the funds needed and promises to finance the future expansionary *** return,the entrepreneur pays the insurer a fixed fee upon the borrowing and grants the insurer an equity stake when expansionary investment *** analyze the fair relationship between the amount of the fixed fee and the size of the insurer's eventual ownership *** present numerical examples in which the original project rights are more valuable if the insurer chooses the timing of expansion than if the entrepreneur choos-es the *** the control right to insurers can mitigate the underinvestment problem.

The participation of enterprises and service providers is vital to successfully run the innovation voucher project,which aims to improve the innovative ability of enterprises and promote the knowledge transfer from professional service providers to *** on the evolutionary game theory,we analyze the participation behavior of enterprises and service providers and its influencing factors.A game model is first proposed to observe the participation behavior which determines the payoff functions of both entities and further in turn determine their *** the evolutionary replication dynamics equations are formulated and the evolutionarily stable strategies of both entities are *** results show that the higher the additional benefits of the voucher scheme,or the lower the cost,the system evolves to a steady voucher participation strategy at a faster *** also study the cooperative innovation voucher scheme under government supervision and find that supervision cost plays a key role in the government's choice of whether supervises or not.
