We develop a jump-diffusion model for a guarantee-investment combination financing mode(G-I mode)that is recently popular in financial *** assume that a borrower has exclusively an option to invest in a project in two *** project's cash flow follows a double exponential jump-diffusion process and it is increased by a growth factor once the second-stage investment is *** first-stage investment cost is financed by a bank loan with the guarantee provided by an insurer,who promises to provide the second-stage investment cost as well as take the lender's all default *** return for the guarantee and investment,the borrower pays a guarantee fee upon first investment and grants a fraction of equity upon second investment to the *** sharp contrast to prior papers on guarantee,the guarantee costs are contracted prior to *** provide closed-form solutions and produce a numerical algorithm for the timing and pricing of the two investment options.

K Nearest Neighbors(KNN)rule,as a top-10 classification technique in machine learning,has been wildly used in ***,it suffers from following two shortcomings—high memory consumption and difficulty of setting an appropriate K *** this study,we realize the Data Reduction by adopting technique of Prototype Selection and Local Feature Weighting(DR_PSLFW)in KNN *** classifying the unknown instance,we develop three classification rules based on the distance between the unknown instance and each *** evaluate experimental performance of DR_PSLFW on 10 benchmark datasets with other related algorithms,the results show that DR_PSLFW achieves better accuracy and time efficiency.

Small and medium sized enterprises(SMEs)in emerging markets have high delisting risk due to their own characteristics,which seriously hinders the supervision and development of emerging ***,this paper aims to help regulators and investors identify risky enterprises,to promote the development of emerging *** at the imbalance,high noise,and fuzzy classification boundary of start-ups data,we construct an enterprise delisting risk early warning model combining RFE,easyensemble,and *** specifically,the RFE algorithm is used as the prescreening algorithm to reduce the impact of high *** is integrated into easyensemble framework to solve the problems of imbalance and fuzzy classification *** paper takes China's NEEQ as an example to verify our *** experimental results show that the early warning accuracy and AUC of model RFEE-RF reach 81.50%and 88.50%respectively,and the recognition rate of delisted enterprises reaches 99.60%.The algorithm performs well and is of great significance for the sustainable development of emerging markets.

This study examines the role of live chat on purchase decision in online outsourcing *** granular data from Zhubajie,the results show that both affective signals(e.g.,politeness and sentiment)and informative signals(e.g.,amount of information and response timeliness)are positively related to purchase *** addition,the relationship of affective signaling(e.g.,politeness and sentiment)and purchase decision is undermined by prior experience,and the relationship of informative signals(e.g.,amount of information)and purchase decision is strengthened by prior *** general,this study not only helps to have a comprehensive understanding of live chat in outsourcing platform,but also yields profound insights into how live chat tools can be reasonably designed and properly used to promote online transaction.

In response to the Internet electricity giant for banking personal payment transfer business,the impact of current deposit business,China's commercial Banks to carry out the electronic commerce business,has obtained certain achievements,but compared with the Internet electricity giant and larger *** order to improve the ability of the bank e-commerce platform to attract consumers to upgrade the transaction scale,this paper starts from the perspective of service marketing,applies the analytic hierarchy process,constructs the analytic hierarchy model of the bank e-commerce platform to attract consumers to upgrade the transaction scale,and carries on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the service marketing status of the bank *** commodities,commodity prices and service channels,promotions,tangible demonstration,service personnel,service process,such as seven dimensions,26 factors analyzed the bank electric business platform to attract consumers to increase trading scale of service marketing strategy application,trying to electric business platform for the bank to attract consumers to increase trading scale to provide data support,an improved strategy Suggestions and optimization path.

With the continuous development of the information technology,crowdsourcing mode is widely *** the crowdsourcing platform of scientific consulting service,the demanders can publish their task requirements,and service providers can display their *** the increasing number of demanders and service providers on the platform,manual task matching has obvious disadvantages,such as high time consuming and low task matching *** address the above problems,we propose a Two-Stage Crowdsourcing Service Provider Selection model(TSCSPS)to match the task design and the service *** the first stage,we select the initial candidate service providers based on the classification of the task *** the second stage,we employ the similarity to determine the final servicer ***,we construct domain dictionary to extract the keywords of the task design and the information of service ***,we calculate the matching degree between a task design and the service provider based on the proposed similarity ***,we select the top service provider as the final crowdsourcing service *** results show that our model is superior to the manual selection in terms of the correct percentage of matching.

Many consumers do not carry the product that gives them higher value due to their unawareness of this choice for some product categories(e.g.,mobile phone plans,credit cards and insurance).Recently,a new type of online platforms has entered the market,and consumers can switch to high-value products with their free switching-referral ***,the switching choices are restricted to only the firms enrolled with the *** study entry of such an online switching-referral platform on consumer surplus and firm profit,using an analytical model that captures both enrollment interaction between the platform and firms and product switch of consumers-the two intertwining characteristics that differentiate this platform from *** find that when many uninformed consumers are not matched with high-value products ex ante,consumer surplus is lower(higher)if the platform can help more(fewer)of them switch to these ***,we show that the platform prefers a non-exclusive contract that enrolls all firms and thus is able to facilitate more consumer *** the other hand,enrolling with the platform is a dominant strategy for the firms;however,they may consequently realize less pro t although their products being better matched to more consumers makes them set higher ***,we also demonstrate that either a low cost of reaching uninformed consumers by the platform or a low switching cost of consumers may hurt both consumers and firms after entry of the *** also discuss the effect of offering multiple products by firms and an alternative contract form between the platform and firms.

Although prior research generated inconclusive findings between a firm's environmental management system and firm financial performance,attention to resolve this inconsistency by examining the internal channels is ***,this study focuses on a firm's access to finance and investigates whether a firm's environmental management system certification leads to better access to *** on the organizational legitimacy perspective,we hypothesize that this certification will benefit a firm with stakeholder approval and support and consequently alleviate its financial capital *** further posit that the proposed relationship will be moderated by three types of legitimacy environments pertaining to how stakeholders and investors make the judgment on the environmental management system *** document that the proposed relationship,that is,the positive relationship between environmental management system certification and access to finance,will be stronger when the government attaches larger importance to environmental protection(regulative legitimacy),better environmental record(moral legitimacy),and better financial position(pragmatic legitimacy).Empirical analyses provide strong corroborating evidence for our *** findings have important theoretical and managerial implications that are well discussed in this study.
