目前烟草根部、叶部病害的主要防治方法是化学防治,但化学农药不合理使用会引发抗药性,造成农残,因而生物防治逐渐受到人们的重视。本研究在温室和烟田施用微生态制剂,能有效控制烟草赤星病、青枯病,对烟草赤星病的田间防效达31.2%,对... 详细信息

目前烟草根部、叶部病害的主要防治方法是化学防治,但化学农药不合理使用会引发抗药性,造成农残,因而生物防治逐渐受到人们的重视。本研究在温室和烟田施用微生态制剂,能有效控制烟草赤星病、青枯病,对烟草赤星病的田间防效达31.2%,对青枯病的田间防效达45%,并显著降低烟草花叶病病情指数,防治效果高达45%,促进烟草的健壮生长。微生态制剂的使用能提高烟草上等烟的比例,改善烟叶质量,增加产值。本研究共获得54个根际土壤样品,通过Illumina MiSeq平台对不同健康水平、不同微生态制剂处理、不同生育期烟草根际土细菌、真菌进行高通量测序,共获得细菌694355条基因序列,22818个OTUs,真菌777713条基因序列,4079个OTUs。细菌的主要门类是Bacteroidetes、Proteobacteria和Acidobacteria,真菌主要门类是Ascomycota。α-多样性分析显示烟草生育期、根施微生态制剂会对微生物群落丰富度和多样性产生影响,团颗期、旺长期群落的丰富度和多样性较高;UPGMA聚类分析表明烟草生育期会影响微生物群落结构。物种丰度差异分析表明,烟草生育期、健康水平、施用微生态制剂均能影响根际微生物不同种群的丰度。健康烟草根际微生物存在很多PGPR,如细菌Arthrobacter,Bacillus,以及真菌Mortierella等,根施微生态制剂会激活这些有益微生物,且抑制有害微生物,从而促进烟草健壮成长。通过研究微生态制剂对烟草根际微生物群落结构的调控,从微生物群落结构的角度阐释了微生态制剂的生防机制,确定了可用于烟草的微生态制剂,为烟草病害的防控提供新的生物制剂,有助于微生态制剂的推广应用。
