Avian influenza virus(AIV) can infect poultry,mammals and other hosts and causes enormous economic losses to the global poultry *** this study,to develop a novel and potent oral vaccine based on Lactobacillus plantarum(***) for controlling the spread of AIV in the poultry industry,we constructed a recombinant *** strain displaying the 3 M2 e-HA2 protein of the influenza virus and determined the effect of N/pgsA'-3 M2 e-HA2 against ATV in *** first confirmed that the 3 M2 e-HA2 fusion protein was expressed on the surface of *** via flow cytometry and immunofluorescence *** experimental results demonstrated that chicks immunized with N/pgsA'-3 M2 e-HA2 could induce specific humoral,mucosal and T cell-mediated immune responses,eliciting the host body to protect itself against ***,compared to oral administration,the intranasal immunization of chicks with N/pgsA'-3 M2 e-HA2 provided a stronger immune response,resulting in a potent protective effect that hindered the loss of body weight,decreasing pulmonary virus titers and reducing lung and throat pathological ***,our results indicate that our novel approach is an effective method of vaccine design to promote mucosal immunity.

An experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens LFB112 in the diet on growth of broilers and on the quality and fatty acid composition of broiler meat.4401-day-old Arbor Acres male broiler chicks were randomly allocated into five dietary treatments with eight replicates in a completely randomised design for 42 *** treatments were as follows:basal diet(control) or the basal diet supplemented with 10~7 CFU(Colony-Forming Units) ***/kg(B7),10~8 CFU ***/kg(B8),10~9 CFU ***/kg(B9) or 40 mg aureomycin/kg(antibiotic).The results showed that ***-sapplemented groups had greater(P < 0.05) average daily gain during Days 1 to 21,Days 22 to 42 and Days 1 to 42,and improved(P < 0.05) feed conversion rate during Days 1 to 42 compared with the *** in the B7 and B9 groups had higher(P < 0.05) average daily feed intake than those in the control group in all experimental *** fed either *** or antibiotic diet showed higher(P <0.05) a* value,b* value and lower L* value in the breast muscle than those in the control *** *** supplementation increased(P < 0.05) the contents of C14:l,C16:lc,C18:1 t,C18:1 c,C20:1 n-9,total monounsaturated fatty acids,C18:2 c,C18:3 n-3,C20:2 n-6,C20:3 n-6,C20:3 n-3,C20:4 n-6,C20:5 n-3,C22:6 n-3 and total polyunsaturated fatty acids as well as ratio of polyunsaturated fatty acids to saturated fatty acids in breast muscle and the concentrations of C17:1,C20:1 n-9,C18:2 t-9,t-12,C20:2 n-6,C20:3 n-6,C20:3 n-3,C20:4 n-6,C20:5 n-3 and C22:6 n-3 in thigh muscle of *** results indicated that *** improved broilers' growth performance,meat quality and fatty acid composition.
