Low efficiency of somatic cell nuclear transfer(SCNT) is attributed to incomplete reprogramming of transfered nuclei into *** microRNA(miRNA) genes mir-127 and mir-136 are located near two CpG islands in the imprinted mouse retrotransposon-like gene Rt11,a key gene involved in placenta ***-15,16,21 and 34a are known as apoptotic related miRNAs.
