This paper reports the kinetics of schistosomiasis in domestic animals in China from 2005 to *** these years,the prevalence of Schistosma japonicum(***) infection decreased significantly from 3.60%to 1.08%,and the estimated number of infected domestic animals reduced from 72223 to *** all estimated 208421 infected domestic animals,80.04%(166820) cases were in bovine species(cattle and buffalos) and 76.2%(158812) were situated in lake-marshland-type endemic regions including Hunan,Hubei,Jiangxi and Anhui *** worst affected were Dongting(Hunan province) and Poyang(Jiangxi province) lake regions,where 70.14%of the infected animals detected in 2010 lived in. The results suggest that the prevalence of domestic animal schistosomiasis has been reduced significantly. The study has reinforced the idea that bovine animals are the main infectious source for transmission of schistosomiasis,and that lake-marshland-type endemic regions,especially the Poyang and Dongting lake regions,are key regions in which to implement control of schistosomiasis.

以巨型艾美球虫南通株(Eimeria maxima NT strain)纯化的配子体提取的总RNA为模板,设计特异性引物,应用RT-PCR技术扩增出gam82基因的特异性片段。将扩增片段插入pGEM-T Easy载体,转化大肠杆菌感受态细胞DH5α,经蓝白斑筛选、酶切鉴定为阳性的克隆进行测序验证。结果显示,克隆的基因全长为1 791个核苷酸,具有一个完整的开放阅读框,编码596个氨基酸,其序列与巨型艾美球虫H株的完全一致。用PredictingAntigenic Peptides预测软件分析gam82基因编码区的抗原性,显示存在19个抗原决定簇,其中酪氨酸富集区所在的第282~503位氨基酸具有抗原位点达8个之多(在本研究中命名为gam82-Y区)。
