选择长白二元杂交断奶仔猪90头进行实验.断奶日龄为35d。共分为五个组,每组设3个重复,每个重复随机选取健康仔猪6头。试验组一:饲喂基础日粮+0.1%复合制剂(纳豆杆菌,双歧杆菌,罗伊氏乳杆菌),试验组二:饲喂基础日粮+0.1%复合制剂(纳豆杆菌,双歧杆菌,干酪乳杆菌),试验组三:饲喂基础日粮+0.1%复合制剂(纳豆杆菌,双歧杆菌,嗜酸乳杆菌),试验组四:饲喂基础日粮+0.1%复合制剂(纳豆杆菌,双歧杆菌,罗伊氏乳杆菌,干酪乳杆菌,嗜酸乳杆菌),对照组:饲喂基础日粮。其中复合制剂中益生菌活菌数为10～9CFU/g。饲养30d后观察复合活菌制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能及血清溶菌酶含量的影响。结果表明:在日增重、饲料效率及血清溶菌酶方面,试验组一和二显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在腹泻率方面,试验组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明:在仔猪日粮中添加复合活菌制剂可提高每头断奶仔猪平均日增重及饲料效率,降低腹泻的发病率,且增高了仔猪血清溶菌酶含量,提高了仔猪的免疫机能,从而提高了经济效益。

Sequence variability in two mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA) regions and internal transcribed spacer of rDNA, namely cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1(cox1) and NADH dehydrogenase subunit 4(nad4),among and within tapeworm,***,***,*** and *** from different geographical origins was examined by a mutation scanning approach.A portion of the cox1 gene(pcox1),nad4 genes(pnad4) and ITS were amplified separately from individual tapeworm by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Representative samples displaying sequence variation were subjected to sequencing in order to define genetic markers for their specific identification and *** the intra-specific sequence variations within each of the four tapeworm species were 0-0.7% for pcox1,0-1.7%for pnad4 and 0.1-3.6%for ITS,the inter-specific sequence differences were significantly higher,being 12.1-17.6%for pcox1,18.7-26.2%for pnad4 and 31-75.5%for ITS,*** analy- ses based on the combined sequences of peox1 and pnad4 revealed that the recently described species *** was more closely related to *** than to *** findings provided mtDNA evidence for the validity of *** and also demonstrated clearly the usefulness and attributes of the mutation scanning-sequencing approach for studying the population genetic structures of these and other tapeworm of socio-economic importance.

The complete mitochondrial gonome of three Taenia species was amplified in two overlapping fragments and then *** sizes of the entire nat genome are 13700 bp for ***,13489 bp for *** and 13647 bp for ***,*** contains 36 genes(consisting of 12 genes for encoding proteins,2 genes for rRNA and 22 genes for tRNA),but a gene for ATP synthetase subunit 8 is missing,which is consistent with all other species of cestode studied to *** genes are transcribed in the same direction and have a nucleotide composition high in A and T,but low in G and *** contents of A+T of the complete genomes are 71.3%for T. multiceps,70.8%for *** and 73.0%for *** AT bias had a significant effect on both the codon usage pattern and amino acid composition of *** the noncoding region,*** and *** have two noncoding regions,but *** only one the location of the noncoding *** include: a short non-coding region(SNR,73nucleotides) and a long non-coding region(LNR,176nucleotides),*** include:a short non-coding region(SNR,64nucleotides) and a long non-coding region(LNR,124nucleotides),T. taeniaeformis include:non-coding region 414 *** are substantial differences when compared with T. saginata,***,*** and Echinococcus multilocularis and other of non-coding *** analyses based on concatenated amino acid sequences of 3 protein-coding genes(cox1,cox2,nad6),revealed that the newly described species *** was more closely related to the others of Taenia genus, consistent with results of a previous classification based upon their morphology.

The prevalence of helminths in the wild frogs was investigated in Hunan province,People's Republic of China from April 2008 to June 2009.A total of 601 frogs,mainly 20kg to 40kg,were collected from 19 representative geographical locations in Hunan province and then dissected at laboratory to examine for the presence of helminths using a helminthologica *** 601 frogs included 469 Rana nigromaculata,91 marsh frog,29 Rana tigrina rugulosa and 12 Rana *** collected worms were counted and identied to species according to normal methods and descriptions.A total of 7 helminth species were found representing 3 phyla,4 classes,5 families and 7 genera. Some wild frogs were infected by more than one helminth species.7.4%of the examined Rana nigromacnlata and 18.6% of marsh frog were infected with Archiacanthocephala;13.4%of the Rana nigromacnlata,5.5%of marsh frog,75%of Rana limnocharis and 48.2%of Rana tigrina rugulosa with Spirometra erinaceieuropaei sparganosis;12.8%of Rana nigromaculata, 5.5%of marsh frog and 3.4%of Rana tigrina rugulosa with Encysted Metacercaria of trematode;1.2%of Rana nigromaculata with trematode;and 8.3%of Rana nigromaculata,50%of Rana limnocharis and 3.3%marsh frog with Celiac filaria;1.1%of Rana nigromaculata and 8.3%of Rana limnocharis with Capillaria obsignata;and 18.7%of Rana nigromaculata,2.2%of marsh frog and 16.7%of Rana limnocharis with nematode that mainly located in Thigh *** infective rate in Spirometra erinaceieuropaei sparganosis is the highest amonge the frogs.2 of the 7 wild frog helminths,Spirometra erinaceieuropaei sparganosis and trematode,are also transmissible to humans,that can cause severe clinical human diseases,posing signicant public health *** results of the present investigation have conducted that it is high time to take effective and efficient measure to put an end to the helminth infections in wild frogs in Hunan province and other parts of China.

Microcapsules of Lactobacillus brevis were prepared using spray drying technique,and the resistance of the microencapsulated form of this microorganism to drying at high temperature and simulated gastrointestinal conditions were *** therapeutic effect of these microcapsules on the diarrhea of neonatal calf was also evaluated using *** results showed that the completely release of the encapsulated bacteria took place after 60 min in contact with simulated intestinal *** bacteria were resistant at least for 90 min to simulated gastric juice(pH 1.2) or simulated intestinal juice(pH 7.2),and microencapsulated form of the microorganisms was more resistant to drying at 85℃than free ***-PCR profiles of diarrhea calves treated with probiotic capsules were similar to that of control health calves at 3 days post administration,suggesting that administration of these probiotic capsules may have strong positive effect on the treatment of neonatal calf diarrhea.

Broilers were divided at 42 to 44 days of age into a Control group （n=10） and a Treatmentgroup（n=30）.The mean pulmonary arterial pressure （mPAP） and electrocardiogram（ECG） Leads Ⅱand aV. were measured 1,3,and 4 hours after an intravenous injection of 0 .9 % saline （Control group）or N- nitro -L-arginine methyl esther（L-NAME）, an inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase and thus aninhibitor of endothelial nitric oxide（ON）peduction（Treatment group）. At 1 and 2 hours but not 4 hourspost-injection,L-NAME significantly increased the mPAP andthe amplitudes of the ECG S and RSwaves Leads Ⅱ and aV when compared with conrol *** correlation coefficient between themPAP and the ECG and RS wave amplitudes for Lead Ⅱ within the Treatment group were -0. 848 and-0. 553 at 1 hour, and -0. 789 and -0 .512 at 2 hour, respectively. The corresponding coefficients forLead aV were -0. 735, -0. 596, -0. 663, and -0. 724, respectively. After suitable mPAP andECG values had been recorded at each time interval,sodium nitroprusside （SNP）,which acts as a short-lived NO donor molecule,was injected intravenously via a right -cardiac catheter. Within 5 minutesafter the SNP injection, the mPAP and the ECG Lead Ⅱ Sand RS wave amplitudes were transiently re-duced to levels that,at 1 and 2 hours after L-NAME injection, did not differ from Control values. With-in 10 minutes after the SNP injection, all values returned to the levels previously induced by L - *** results demonstrate that L-NAME increased the myocardialcontractility and PAP, whereas SNPtransiently reversed the effects of L-NAME on myocardial contracility and PAP. It appears likely fromthese results that the pulmonary vascular endothelium releases NO that in tum reduces the pulmonaryvascular resistance or attenuates myocardial contractility in broiler chickens.

A newly emerged porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) that has caused severe reproductive losses in sows appeared in some regions of China in *** explore the biology of this new PRRSV and understand more fully genetic diversity in PRRSV isolates from China, the complete genome of the two 2013 Chinese isolates, designated HLJA 1 and HLJB1, were *** sequence analysis showed that HLJA1 and HLJB1 shared 88.6%-98.3% nucleotide identity with genotype 2 (North American type, NA-type) isolates, but only 61.1% with the genotype 1 (European type, EU-type) isolate of Lelystad virus, indicating that both these isolates belong to the NA-type PRRSV *** analysis showed that the NA-type PRRSV isolates formed three subgroups (1, 2 and 3); representatives of these subgroups are VR-2332, CH-1a and HUN4, ***1 and HLJB1 belong to subgroup *** of NSP2 revealed that HLJA1 has a 48-amino acid deletion at positions 473-480 and 482-521, unlike other HP-PRRSV isolates, while HLJB1 has only a 1-amino acid deletion at position 481 compared with ***, HLJA1 replicated in PAM cells but not in MARC-145 cells, whereas HLJB1 replicated in both cell *** neutralizing antibody titer of pig hyperimmune sera against HUN4 was significantly higher than that of HLJA1 or ***, genetic variability in GP5 and GP3 proteins and in the novel ORF5a protein was *** addition to elucidating the genetic relationships between PRRSV isolates, our results suggest that Chinese PRRSv will remain a pandemic virus.

本文随机选取24只7日龄健康肉公鸡进行动物实验,随机分为4个组,每组6只。其中A组在感染金黄色葡萄球菌G1前后未作任何处理,B组在感染G1后喷雾芽孢杆菌Pab02,C组在感染G1前后均喷雾Pab02,D组在感染G1前喷雾Pab02。通过活菌计数结果显示,在感染G1前后均喷雾Pab02不能显著改变喉部的细菌总数(P>0.05),但能显著减少气管中的细菌总数和整个呼吸道(喉部和气管)中的葡萄球菌数(P<0.05);在感染前喷雾Pab02或在感染后喷雾Pab02均不能显著改变呼吸道中的细菌总数(P>0.05),但能显著减少呼吸道中的葡萄球菌数(P<0.05)。通过V3-PCR-DGGE分析,在感染G1前后均喷雾Pab02或者仅在感染G 1前喷雾Pab02能够恢复呼吸道菌群多样性和相似性,而在感染G1后再喷雾Pab02不能恢复呼吸道菌群多样性和相似性。通过组织学方法观察肺组织的变化情况,结果显示,感染G1后,可见肺泡破裂融合,出血严重,炎性细胞大量增多,有炎性渗出物和严重化生灶;在感染前后均喷雾Pab02能使肺脏中淋巴小结增多,而且未见肺损伤;在感染前喷雾Pab02,能使肺内淋巴小结增多,炎性细胞增多,可见肺泡扩张现象;感染后喷雾Pab02,肺脏中可见肺泡破裂融合,炎性细胞大量增多,可见炎性渗出物和轻微化生灶。结果表明Pab02具有刺激肺脏免疫功能的作用,对呼吸系统感染金黄色葡萄球菌有预防和治疗作用,但是预防作用大于治疗作用。

为了探明黄芪多糖微生态制剂对鸡免疫功能的作用效果。在鸡饮水中分别添加不同浓度黄芪多糖微生态制剂,并设黄芪多糖和空白对照,自由饮水,测定各组鸡HI抗体效价和免疫器官指数。经统计试验结果证明,24日龄时,饮用不同浓度（0.1%、0.3%、0.5%）黄芪多糖微生物制剂的各组鸡平均抗体效价（nlog）分别为6.25、7.25、5.50,三组之间比较差异极显著（P=0.01）;饮用不同浓度（0.1%、0.3%、0.5%）黄芪多糖制剂的各组鸡抗体效价（nlog2）分别为4.50、3.75、4.50,三组之间比较差异不显著（P=0.05）。空白对照组平均抗体效价为5.25,黄芪多糖微生物制剂组和黄芪多糖制剂组与空白对照组之间比较差异分别为极显著（P=0.01）、显著（P=0.05）。同时,饮用不同浓度（0.1%、0.3%、0.5%）黄芪多糖微生物制剂和不同浓度（0.1%、0.3%、0.5%）黄芪多糖制剂的各组鸡的各器官指数之间比较差异均不显著（P=0.05）;黄芪多糖微生物制剂组与黄芪多糖制剂组之间、黄芪多糖微生物制剂组与空白对照组之间各器官指数整体比较差异也均不显著（P=0.05）,但黄芪多糖制剂组与空白对照组之间各器官指数整体比较差异显著（P=0.05）;但42日龄时,0.3%与0.5%浓度的黄芪多糖制剂组的胸腺指数差异显著（P=0.05）,0.1%与0.3%浓度黄芪多糖制剂组的法氏囊指数差异也显著（P=0.05）;黄芪多糖微生物制剂组、黄芪多糖制剂组以及空白对照组之间脾指数与胸腺指数整体比较差异均不显著（P=0.05）,但三者之间法氏囊指数差异极显著（P=0.01）。

本文旨在研究鸡β-防御素-1(AvBD1)对鸡IBDV VP2基因DNA疫苗的免疫佐剂作用。通过基因工程技术,构建真核表达质粒pcDNA3.1(+)-AvBD1与pcDNA3.1(+)-VP2。14日龄岭南黄肉鸡随机分成5组,分别免疫PBS、空质粒载体pcDNA3.1(+)、重组质粒pcDNA3.1(+)-VP2、重组质粒pcDNA3.1(+)-AvBD1与pcDNA3.1(+)-VP2联合免疫、IBD弱毒苗。免疫后收集不同时期的外周血血清样本,用ELISA方法检测血清中IBDV VP2特异性抗体水平,CD3+、CD4+与CD8+的含量通过流式细胞仪进行检测。结果表明,联合免疫组(即pcDNA3.1(+)-AvBD1与pcDNA3.1(+)-VP2共同免疫)VP2特异性抗体水平显著高于其他组(P<0.05);单独免疫质粒pcDNA3.1(+)-VP2组VP2特异性抗体水平与免疫IBD弱毒苗组相当,显著高于PBS组与空质粒载体pcDNA3.1(+)组(P<0.05)。在二免后的第7天,联合免疫组外周血中CD3+、CD4+与CD8+T淋巴细胞的含量也显著高于单独免疫质粒pcDNA3.1(+)-VP2组(P<0.05),其他时间无显著性差异。IBDV攻毒后的保护率也是联合免疫组高于单独免疫pcDNA3.1(+)-VP2组。这些结果表明鸡AvBD1可以作为一种免疫佐剂用于增强IBDV VP2基因DNA疫苗的免疫力。
