The susceptibility of eight marine fish species cultured in South China were tested for infection by the parasitic ciliate, Cryptocaryon irritans, via a challenge examination and an immobilization *** species of fish (representing six different families) that we investigated were infected by *** except the rabbitfish (Siganus oramin), which displayed resistance to *** *** infection intensity of rabbitfish (0.92±0.969, p<0.05) was significantly lower while the immobilization titres of rabbitfish serum were significantly higher (44.51±22.982 p<0.05) than the other seven species of fish.

Studies were conducted to determine the cause of the high level mortalities of cultured half-smooth tongue sole (Cynoglossus semilaevis).Gross signs of disease included loss of appetite, erratic swimming, and haemorrhages at the head, opercula and base of fin, rot of dorsal fin, swelling of the abdomen filled with ascitic fluid, and exposure of intestine tube outside of *** examination of the liver showed focal areas of necrosis and extensive *** pure dense cultures were obtained from liver, kidney, spleen tissues, and strong pathogenicity of the isolates to tongue sole was confirmed.

本文以"生态"如何成为"文明",或"生态"如何从"一种文明"即人与自然关系的文明成为"整个文明"为问题域和主题,探讨"生态文明"的道德哲学形态。认为,生态自20世纪60年代从生物学移植为关于人与自然关系的概念,经过生态哲学的形上提升,已经开始向整个人类文明扩展,但这种扩展仍囿于诸学科樊蓠,而未达到"整个文明"。"生态"成为"文明",必须经过三次辩证转换。一是将"自然生态"提升为"生态哲学";二是将生态哲学转换为生态世界观;三个将生态世界观落实为生态价值观,并现实化为民族精神。第一次转换已经开始,第二、第三个进程还有待奋力推进,其尖端性理论难题之一,就是"生态文明"的道德哲学形态。"生态文明"的造就,必须从历史形态、逻辑形态、现实三方面推进道德哲学形态的辩证运动:由"自然生态"向"价值生态"的运动;由"生态伦理"向"伦理生态"辩证运动;由"伦理精神"向"民族精神"辩证运动。价值生态——伦理生态——民族精神,就是"生态"成为"文明"或"生态文明"的道德哲学形态的辩证结构。

人工免疫是防治鱼类传染性疾病的有效措施之一,然而疫苗免疫后诱导的免疫反应是一个极为复杂的过程,机体能否产生免疫力及免疫力的强弱又与多种因素相关.灭活病毒疫苗在鱼类传染病防治中已有很多应用,但是对其诱导的免疫机制报道较少.... 详细信息

人工免疫是防治鱼类传染性疾病的有效措施之一,然而疫苗免疫后诱导的免疫反应是一个极为复杂的过程,机体能否产生免疫力及免疫力的强弱又与多种因素相关.灭活病毒疫苗在鱼类传染病防治中已有很多应用,但是对其诱导的免疫机制报道较少.本文采用了3种常用的灭活化学试剂,分别为常规使用最为广泛的0.2％Formalin,BEI(binary ethylenimine)以及BPL(β-propiolactone)并分别建立了该3种试剂对CHNV(crucian carp hematopoietic necrosis virus)的灭活流程.经过细胞培养以及滴度测定后,发现3种试剂方法均可将病毒完全灭活.3种方法的灭活病毒分别免疫黑鲫鱼鱼体结果发现,此3组免疫组的CD8阳性T细胞、CD4阳性T细胞以及sIgM阳性细胞亚群在脾、肾中各比例呈现不同趋势的变化.最后,运用流式细胞分选仪对以上各淋巴细胞亚群分选后,检测IFNγ1、IFNγ2各细胞因子以及细胞因子转录调节因子GATA3、T-bet、IL-10的表达进行了实时定量检测.

A marine fish cell line derived from the kidney of red spotted grouper (Epinephelus akaara) named EAGK was established and characterized, this cell line has been subcultured more than 80 *** cells multiplied well in Leibovitz's L-15 medium containing 10% fatal bovine serum at temperatures between 25~30℃.The EAGK cell line has a modal diploid chromosome number of *** expression of vimentin, desmin and fibronectin can be tested in EAGK cells while cytokeratin can't, with immunofluorescence experiment using four antibodies respectively.

Owing to its specific binding to carbohydrates, lectins play a crucial role in pathogen recognition and clearance in vertebrate ***, only two types of collectins had been isolated from bony fish: mannan-binding iectin (MBL) and galactose-binding lectin (GalBL).In this study, the gene sequence of a novel collectin (Designed EALec1) from red-spotted grouper Epinephelus akaara has been *** genomic structure of EALec1 and alignment of Carbohydrate recognition domain(CRD) sequence amcng three collectins implied that EALec1, is a new type collectin derived from MBL.

Hepcidin gene is widely expressed in various fish, suggesting that this antimicrobial peptide is a very important component in the innate immune *** (Epinephelus tauvina) is one of the important economic species of marine-cultured fish but knowledge of its innate immune mechanism is *** this study, we found two different types (designated Hep-ET1 and Hep-ET2) of hepcidin cDNA in the *** consist of an open reading frame of 267and 263 bases encoding 88 and 87 amino acids respectively and both have a conserved sequence in common with other known hepcidins.

Motility is thought to contribute to the virulence of many pathogenic *** order to understand the role of motility of Vibrio harveyi in virulence, the mini-Tn10/Kan transposoninduced mutants with deficient motility in semisoft medium were constructed, screened and ***, a mutagenesis clone bank of *** TS-628 was obtained by cell conjugation between the donor *** Sm10 (pLOFKm) containing the mini-Tn10Kan and the recipient *** TS-628 by filter *** seventeen non-motile mutants were screened from the mutans bank by phenotypical characterization in semisoft medium, two of which were finally confirmed to be mini-Tn10/Kan transposon-induced motility mutants after identified by PCR and Southern *** the growth rate, ability of chemotaxis and biofilm formation of the mutations and the wild type strain were assessed.

In this paper, we report the molecular cloning of a novel stefin analogue from the spleen of large yellow croaker Pseudosciaena crocea (Lycstefin).The open reading frame (ORF) of 297 nucleotides (nt) of Lycstefin encodes a protein of 99 amino acids (aa) with a putative molecular weight of 1 l kDa, in which no signal peptide and potential N-glycoslation site are *** deduced Lycstefin possesses the structural features of the mammalian stefins, including two conserved motifs known to interact with the active sites of family C 1 cysteine peptidases: one glycine in the N-terminal region (G6) and GIn-Xaa-Val-Xaa-Gly motif (Q48LVAG52).It shares 32-47.5% aa sequence identity to the sequences found in mammals and other fish species and is rich in cysteine residues (seven cysteines).

Soft-shelled turtle iridovirus (STIV) is the causative agent of serious diseases in the farmed soft-shelled turtle (Trionyx sinensis).Here we determined the complete nucleotide sequence of STIV *** STIV genome is 105890 bp in length with a base composition of 55.1% G+*** assisted analysis revealed that STIV contained 105 potential open reading frames (ORFs) which encode polypeptides ranging from 40 to 1,294 amino acids and 20 MicroRNA candidates.
