Our previous experimental method and results for the(EC+β)decay ofYb, Er,Ce and Ce as well as for the beta-delayed proton decay ofCe,Nd,Pm, Sm,Gd,Gd,Dy,Ho and *** observed low-lying states in their dauther nuclei and the production cross section of the beta-delayed proton precursors have been reviewed in a systematic way and compared with different model calcalations. Finally,three questions have been put forward for further study and discussion.
