宽带钢冷连轧机是大型板带材生产和节约型制造的关键设备,带钢板形精度要求日趋严苛的情况下,边降控制近年来成为板形控制新领域。采用显示动力学有限元法建立了大型宽幅六辊冷轧机轧辊-轧件一体化有限元仿真模型,结合宽幅六辊冷轧机EDW((edge drop control workroll))边降控制工作辊、CVC(continuously variable crown)中间辊分析了工作辊窜辊对不同钢种的边降控制效果;基于EDW的边降控制特点,利用边降控制的面积等效补偿方法建立了边降控制窜辊模型,并通过有限元仿真求解相应的模型参数,仿真验证表明大型宽幅薄板边降值均在7μm以内,能有效控制带钢边降,可用于指导实际生产。

This paper puts forward a feasible active control algorithm to the AMD benchmark problem of structural control field based on H∞control theory. Details of selecting weighting functions of H∞control are presented and the acceleration feedback controller based on DGKF method is designed. A reduced order controller is obtained by the balanced truncation method. Effectiveness and robustness of H∞controller is testified via simulation.

In this paper, we use chaos optimization and adaptive genetic algorithm to deal with the problem of multi - targets data association separately. Based on the analysis of the limitation of chaos optimization and genetic algorithm, a new chaos genetic optimization combination algorithm is presented. And the simulation results show that the combination algorithm can obtain higher correct association percent and the effect of association is obviously superior to chaos optimization or genetic algorithm separately.

This paper presents an integrated system which has monitoring, fault diagnosis and controlling function for chemical processes. The system is based on multiagent technology. In this paper, three agents are made to build the integrated system. They are: monitoring agent, fault diagnosis agent and controlling agent. They can work together in an integrated frame. We try our best to solve the coordinating tasks in communication, interaction and cooperation and achieve the aim. This multiagent system can supply optimal decision for the enterprise and it will be the fundamental of completed automation in future.
